If you have yet to watch the trailer, that is the first thing you should do, so here it is below.
When is Borderlands 3 going to be released?
At the moment there is no official release date for Borderlands 3 but there are rumours of a potential release date to happen before Fall 2019. There’s also a little secret hint in the reveal trailer which has been spotted by some eagle-eyed gamers which point to October this year.
You won’t need to wait for too long to find out though, as Gearbox will announce the trailer on April 3rd as mentioned int he reveal trailer.

Who are the Borderlands 3 Vault Hunters?
Their appearances have been leaked already but the trailer allowed us to see them in action. While their names are still a secret on Gearboxes side, leaks have surfaced the names of the new potential hunters.
Zane is the one with the eyepatch, the tanky looking one is a Siren called Amara, the beastmaster of robots is Falk and finally, Moze is the high-tech soldier and most of the trailer is watching them fire lots and lots of guns.
Not loads about their abilities are known but you do see them show off parts of their powers like Amara being able to summon ethereal arms. Moze can summon mechs and in the trailer, Zane is able to ride one but whether this is a skill or just for cinematic purposes, only time will tell.

Pandora is still featured in Borderlands 3 but it won’t be the only place you’ll visit as a Vault Hunter.
This time there will whole new worlds to explore from a metropolitan city where you’ll most likely find out more about the ATLAS corporation, to an overgrown rainforest that’s probably filled with many different monsters like the fire-breathing predator looking dinosaur in the trailer and many more to come.
