2K Games upcoming shooter, Evolve, has been delayed until February 2015, it was revealed today in Take-Two Interactive Software’s Q1 2015 Earnings Conference Call. Evolve was originally slated to be coming out this October.
Whilst 2K gave no reason for the delay, we can speculate that they didn’t want to saturate the month with their own titles, as they already have Civilisation Beyond Earth, The Borderlands Pre-Sequel, WWE 2K15 and GTA V releasing in that month. Combine that with all the other titles from other publishers, and it’s really not surprising that 2K (and others, including Battlefield Hardline) have decided to move a few games out of Deathtober.
