One of the many collectables present in MediEvil are Life Bottles, optional items that increase the amount of green Health energy that you can keep stored away.

Location: Dan’s Crypt

How To Find: On top of a platform by the gate that requires the Star Rune to be opened.

Life Bottle #2

Location: The Cemetery

How To Find: Hit the angel statue at the crossroads until it faces away from the door that leads to the Chalice of Souls. Walk through the gate that opens to find a pile of gold and a Life Bottle.

Life Bottle #3

Location: Hall of Heroes

How To Find: After you have obtained your second Chalice of Souls, speak to Canny Tim to receive a Life Bottle.

Life Bottle #4

Location: Dan’s Crypt

How To Find: After you have obtained the Daring Dash ability from Return To The Graveyard, use your new ability to destroy the wall and reach the Life Bottle on the other side.

Life Bottle #5

Location: Scarecrow Fields

How To Find: Once you have found all the Harvester Parts, use them in the broken down Harvester to clear a path to this Life Bottle.

Life Bottle #6

Location: Hall of Heroes

How To Find: After you have obtained your twentieth Chalice of Souls, speak to one of the hero statues to receive a Life Bottle.

Life Bottle #7

Location: Pools of the Ancient Dead

How To Find: Go through the door that requires the Chaos Rune to open. Use the land mass in front of you to cross the water to reach a Life Bottle.

Life Bottle #8

Location: Hall of Heroes

How To Find: After you have obtained your sixteenth Chalice of Souls, speak to one of the hero statues to receive a Life Bottle.

Life Bottle #9

Location: The Time Device

How To Find: Use the Master Clock to set the time period to the present day to unlock the Butterfly Door. The Life Bottle is on the other side.

How To Find: After you have obtained your twentieth Chalice of Souls, speak to one of the hero statues to receive a Life Bottle.
