The minimum need is going to be a GTX660 or HD 7870 but for the best experience to be able to run it at high graphical settings on 1080p you’ll need a GTX 980 4GB and a i5 35GHz or FX-8300 or the closet equivalent to these.

As these specs are quite dated compared to the kit you can now buy, you should not have too much problem playing the game on medium settings. Even at this, the game still looks pretty good to enjoy.
