Super Mario Run Announced For iOS and Android
In the last year, Nintendo decided to offer us official games based on their popular franchises for iOS and Android devices. The first was Miitomo, a Tamagotchi Life styled simulator which integrated with social media. For the second offering, Nintendo have today announced Super Mario Run, which is a Mario platformer which only requires one hand to be able to play. Similar to Sonic Runners, Mario will continually be running in one direction, so you will need time your jumps and other special moves accordingly to reach the goal of each course. It will be free to download, but you will be able to buy additional coins to buy in game content such as gallery.
Super Mario Run will be released on iOS in December 2016, with an Android release set to appear in 2017. For more information, be sure to watch the trailer above, or visit the official website.
