The Dollar Bill virus has spread through New York City, causing many of its citizens to fall ill or to fall over dead. Upon this epidemic reaching catastrophic levels, the JTF arrive to try and settle the situation but are met with the Rikers, Cleaners and Rioters all fighting for control. Sleeper agents are then awakened as The Division is called to quell these rebellions and restore New York City.
