In Persona 4 Dancing All Night, the Investigation Team have been transported to the Midnight Stage, a place that has mysteriously appeared within the Midnight Channel. The group learn that the Shadows are immune to their regular attacks, and can only be vanquished by dancing in time to the music that fills the stage. In the previous edition of this series, we introduced Yu, Yosuke, Chie, Yukiko, Kanji and Rise. Now it is the turn of the five remaining dancers to have their moment in the spotlight.
Teddie (Kuma)
The loveable yet exasperating Teddie is ready to dance to the beat, whether it is in his costume form, or his human shape that he obtained after getting his Persona. His theme song is a remix of Like A Dream Come True, which plays when you are in the lobby area of the Midnight Channel in Persona 4.
Naoto Shirogane
Originally lacking in self confidence because she felt she could never respected for her work, Naoto is a detective to be reckoned with. As well as her honing her deductive reasoning skills, she can also strut her moves on stage. Her theme song is a remix of Signs of Love, which plays when you are at home with Nanako or your uncle Dojima in Inaba.
Kanami Mashita
A new character that is part of the group known as Kanamin’s Kitchen, Kanami is an idol like Rise, but mysterious circumstances lead her to be transported to the Midnight Stage. Her theme tune is Shadow World, the opening credits song for Persona 4 Golden on Playstation Vita.
Nanako Dojima
Although not officially part of the Investigation Team, Nanako Dojima is treated as a little sister by the group. She has become involved with the Midnight Stage for reasons unknown, and it will be the first time she is an active part of the group’s Shadow battling. Her theme music is an expanded version of the Junes Theme, which is coincidentally her favourite song.
Margaret
A resident of the metaphysical wonderland that is the Velvet Room, Margaret has decided to take part in the dancing festivities herself. She is not available to choose in the Story Mode, but can be unlocked to play in Free Dance. Her theme song is Electronica in Velvet Room, which plays when you are choosing a character in the Persona 4 Arena series.
It is currently unknown if more characters will be added to the playable roster for Dancing All Night, but with the entire Investigation Team and special guests along for the ride, you will definitely be spoilt for choice.
