The award-winning PC indie title, Proteus, is coming to PS3 on October 29th in NA and October 30th in EU.
The curious 1st-person explorer was released on PC back in January to rave reviews and a cult following. To celebrate the game coming to PS3, a live-action trailer has been produced, and will be premiered at the Odeon Leicester Square in London, much like a blockbuster film, on October 28th.
Designer Ed Key will be at the event to present the new versions of the game on PS3 and Vita, and the new trailer. Interestingly the Vita version of the game can generate the world of Proteus depending on its geographical location.
The game was ported to PS3 and Vita by Curve Studios, who previously brought other indie titles Thomas Was Alone and Lone Survivor to Sony’s platforms.
