The first one you will most likely be able to find is the cappy hidden in Nuka-Town USA.

If you head towards Fizztop Grill, there is a fountain in a flooded area just outside. Stand by it and follow along the buildings near the wall. You’ll find some toilets which have a pointed red roof and in the empty lot between that and another building is the Hidden Cappy.

The first Hidden Cappy in Kiddy Kingdom is inside the funhouse which you’ll make your way through as part of the quest. Once you get the the spinning room, it is best to clear it out first before trying to find the cappy. The door you want is the first red door on the opposite side to the image.

So if you are looking in the same direction as the image above from the entrance into the room, go behind the door in, turn right and look for the first closest red door. The Hidden Cappy will be on the wall at the back of the room, for good measure there is also a roll of Nuka-Case tickets on the desk to the right.

The next Hidden Cappy in Kiddy World is near King Cola’s Court. Fast travel to the court and leave the castle area by the bridge. On the right-hand side, you should see a tower with a red roof which has part of it caved it, sitting on a hill with stairs leading up to it.

Head inside and climb all the way up to the top, the Cappy should be on the far north wall.

There are two Hidden Cappy’s in the Galactic Zone, the easiest one to find is near Starport Nuka. 

Travel to Starport Nuka and face the entrance, walk left around the tower on the ground floor, following the wall around until you see a chain link gate. The Cappy is on the low wall on the left just before you head inside the gate.

The second hidden cappy in the Galactic Zone is right by the Spacewalk but was by far the hardest one to find due to the maze like nature the higher level of the Galactic Zone.

The Spacewalk is the long path that twists round from the middle level of Starport Nuka and the RabCo Battlezone. If you travel from the RabCo Battlezone up the ramp as you exit on your right just past the alcove you should see it on the wall.

In the image above, this is after you exit the ramp and turn around to face the alcove as if you were to walk back down the ramp. If you come from the Starport direction, you’ll see the same as in the image.

The first Hidden Cappy to find in Dry Rock Gulch is the one south of Doc Phosphate’s saloon.

As you head away from it, you will notice a small cemetery and if you walk right up to the back and turn around the Cappy is on the back of one of the tombstones.

The second Hidden Cappy in Dry Rock Gulch is inside the Mad Mulligan’s Mine. You gain access to the mine after you complete a quest in the main storyline for the area.

Inside the mine as you travel along, you’ll come into your very first large room which has a building in a ditch which you access by travel down the maintenance stairs. You can’t miss the Cappy as it is on the outside of the building.

The first easiest Hidden Cappy to find inside the Safari Zone is the one outside the Primate House which you’ll find yourself at after helping Cito with a Gatorclaw. The Cappy is on the backside of the Gorilla Statue that is outside the house.

To get to the statue if you face away from the entrance, on the left side is some bushes and part of it is less dense which allows you to walk through gaining passage to the statue.

The last Cappy is a little harder to get to as it is located inside the hedge maze around the Treehouse. From the entrance, just follow the wall along the right side and you should come to the Hidden Cappy.

If you get stuck, look at the image above which highlights the maze and the approx location of the Cappy you seek.

The last and final Hidden Cappy is inside the World of Refreshment through the water tunnel ride entrance.

Follow the river along into the Nuka-Wild area, you should see a lot of buildings as you pass the first couple turn back on yourself and look on the building on the right side. You should be able to see the Cappu on the wall.

Cappy in a Haystack Ending

Once you have found all the Hidden Cappy locations, you can go back to Sierra who will give you a new location to head to, Bradberton’s Office. She will decipher the “code” which is funny enough, Refreshment and it will open the door into Bradberton’s Office.

Travel to the top floor and find the hidden switch behind the Nuka-Cola vending machine which moves the bookcase exposing an elevator. At the end of the quest you will have two choices. (SPOLERS AHEAD).

• Follow the wishes of Sierra and get the limited edition Nuka-World jumpsuit.
• Listen to the wish of Bradberton and unlock a special FatMan and the schematics to craft its ammo.

It is also possible to gain both rewards byu siding with Sierra first and then also listen to Bradberton’s request, turning off the power. This will aggro Sierra who you can kill (there are no consequences for it) and continue on, or stealth your way out leaving her down there.
