BioWare has today released a new trailer for its first Xbox One and PlayStation 4 game, Dragon Age Inquisition. The short trailer shows what the company has done in the Frostbite 3 engine as it highlights locations, predators, prey and factions players will encounter.
“Dragon Age: Inquisition is BioWare’s first next-gen game. It’s also our most ambitious game to date,” BioWare producer Cameron Lee said in a blog post. “Nowhere is this more visible than in the incredible size and diversity of locations, life, and hidden places you’ll discover on your journey.”
Lee continued by speaking of the people and creatures you’ll come across within the game: “You’ll see towns attacked by bandits, deer fleeing from wolves, giants feeding on bears, and countless other scenarios.”
Working within the new engine Dragon Age: Inquisition features “incredible graphics systems” accommodating weather effects to “blow your mind” whilst it “supports massive areas, destruction, and the most advanced next-gen technology we’ve ever seen.”
Dragon Age: Inquisition launches this Autumn for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PC.
