Although we have seen a few gameplay videos of Insomniac Games superhero action title Marvel’s Spider-Man, very little attention has been focused on the game’s storyline, aside from the cutscene montage shown at PGW 2017. Earlier today at SDCC, (San Diego Comic Con), Sony released an all new trailer showing some of the overarching story threads that will affect both Spider Man and his human alter ego Peter Parker.

As well as a brief look at the story events, we also get to meet the heroes and villains that the player will meet along their journey, such as the girl next door Mary Jane Watson and the villainous Norman Osborne aka The Green Goblin. Marvel’s Spider-Man will be released exclusively on PlayStation 4 on September 7th 2018.
