We’ve all wanted to build our own Dinosaur theme park since watching Jurassic Park as a kid and now your dreams are almost a reality with DinoGenics boardgame.

DinoGenics is a worker placement game where players are competing to build the most successful and profitable dinosaur park, hopefully, one which won’t have the same luck as the ones in the popular movie series.

Each player will take the role of a multi-billion dollar company each with access to their own private park. Over the game seven seasons will take place and players will send their workers to the nearby mainland to collect DNA of dinosaurs and other resources needed to run their park successfully.

Players will be able to choose the layout of their park and decide which dinosaurs they want to accommodate for the seasons but it’s important to draw in as many visitors as possible based on their reputation and that is down to having the most prestigious dinos like the mighty T-Rex. There are downsides though, bigger animals need more food and if they are not contained properly could escape and cause havoc in your park.

DinoGenics is currently on Kickstarter and they have already made their funding goal of $30,000 by collecting over $130,000. There is still a little time to go before the project closes so head over to their DinoGenetics Kickstarter page to find out more.
