Back in 2015, Atlus released Persona 4 Dancing on Night for the PlayStation Vita as one of their many spin offs from the fourth game in the Persona franchise. After the game’s relative success, ATLUS have decided to branch out their dancing game formula to two of the other mainline Persona titles. During the Persona Super Live 2017 concert held earlier today, ATLUS have announced that these two titles will be coming to both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita next year, and will be revealing more information about the titles in Spring 2018.
The first game to be announced is based on Persona 3, and will be titled Persona 3 Dance Moon Night. The trailer features the main character, along with his SEES team mates Junpei, Yukari and Aigis dancing at Gekkoukan High School, as well as various locations from Persona 3’s world map such as Paulownia Mall.
The second game to be announced is based on Persona 5, and will be titled Persona 5 Dance Star Night. The trailer features the main character, along with Ryuji, Ann and Makoto dancing around Tokyo, as well as the various Palaces the group have visited on their journey through the Metaverse.
Persona 3 Dance Moon Night and Persona 5 Dance Star Night will be released on PS4 and PS Vita sometime in 2018. If you are interested in seeing more about the game, be sure to visit the official game page on the ATLUS website, and stay tuned to VGU for more news surrounding the games as they arrive.
