Remember when I told you guys that Skyrim & Fallout 4 would not be getting mod support on the PlayStation 4? Got you, you should have seen your face.

Turns out Bethesda have managed to please the Sony gods and have come to an agreement that will allow mods on both Skyrim: Special Edition and Fallout 4.

Bethesda confirmed that Skyrim: Special Edition will have mod support upon release, once that is all sorted they will turn their attention to add mod support to Fallout 4… finally. Mods can be downloaded via the Bethesda website and can only use assets from the main game.

Not only that, but Bethesda have confirmed that these two titles will also be getting PS4 Pro support, including native 4k textures for Skyrim (not even upscaling, native).
