Nintendo over the past couple of years has pulled out of the actual E3 show but that does not mean they don’t join by releasing game announcements at the same time. Here’s what is going down for Nintendo at E3 2016.
The Legend of Zelda Twitter campaign
Miitomo users should be on Twitter checking @NintendoAmerica for a special tweet about the collaboration between the mobile app and the Zelda franchise. If the tweet gets a combined 10,000 re-tweets worldwide, Nintendo will create a Zelda wig as an in-app gift to all users of the Miitomo mobile app.
More from The Legend of Zelda and Miitomo
Miitomo will get a Zelda themed drop game that will give players a chance to win Legend of Zelda in-app gear for their Mii character. Players can also use coins to purchase Zelda collaboration items and a gift will be available via the My Nintendo website by exchanging their platinum points.
