This one is for all you master-racers out there. An official statement from From Software has revealed the basic requirements needed to run Dark Souls 3. This also marks the first time that a title in the Souls series is available on PC the same day as its console counterparts.

Minimum PC Requirements:

OS: Windows 7/8.1/10 64 bit
Processor: AMD A8 3870 3.6 Ghz or Intel Core i3 2100 3.1Ghz
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 465 / ATI Radeon TM HD 6870
DirectX: Version 11
Storage: 50 GB available space

It’s fairly reasonable for a modern game with such broad scope, but here’s what the developers recommend you have in order to run the game in its full glory.

A bit of a step up from the minimum specs but From Software are known for crafting some truly beautiful games. Although lets just hope they’ve gotten a handle on the inconsistent frame-rates which have been a constant plague on the series.

Dark Souls 3 will be released on April 12th for PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
