Long Awaited Title NIOH Resurrected at TGS 2015

Some of you may or may not have heard of this game way back in 2005 during E3. NIOH was originally planned to be released for the PS3 but due to complications was pulled back from development time and time again. However, it seems as though the developers have kept things very quiet involving the development as it has been revealed yet again at this years Toky Game Show.

The gameplay that was shown off revealed a lone warrior, dressed like a shogun, taking on individual foes in the thick of night with his katana. The graphics in these moments alone were just astounding to watch and for a time was even confusing us with the like of Dark Souls and Bloodborne. The scene closed with the summoning of a demon, which may be linked to Japanese folklore, as the lone warrior summons a spirit that combines with the sword as he unleashes a mighty swing.

We do not know a lot about the game so far, but after being in development for a long time we can hope that this finally gets a solid release. The game will be released exclusively on PS4 in 2016.
