Fallout 4 Collector’s Edition which is already hard to pre-order includes a replica of the Pip-Boy that holds your smartphone and allows you to run the Fallout 4 companion app as you play for that total immerse experience.

However, before you put down your hard earned dollars and pounds you might want to check if your phone is able to fit inside the Pip-Boy.

Coming direct from Bethesda’s Blog they confirm that the Pip-Boy will have foam inserts that fit the iPhone 6, iPhone 5/5s, iPhone 4/4S, Samsung Galaxy 5, Samsung Galaxy 4, and most smartphones of a similar size to the previously mentioned.

“As we wanted to stay faithful to the dimensions of the in-game model, any smartphones larger than the models listed will not fit inside the wearable device. For these larger devices, our Pip-Boy companion app will still be available.”

Fallout 4 is coming on November 10th for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. While you wait you can play the standalone iOS game Fallout Shelter, Android players you will still have to wait a little bit longer.
