Elder Scrolls Legends  is a mobile Trading Card Game which is based on the Elder Scrolls universe it will be Free to pay and available on PC and iPad coming this year.

For TCG fans and gamers who are into the Elder Scrolls universe this will probably be the game for you. Not much was shown during Bethesda’s E3 2015 Conference but more should be revealed at a later date, hopefully soon.
