Koei Temco have announced that the trap setting title DECEPTION IV: the Nightmare Princess will be coming to the PlayStation 4 on July 17, 2015. The début release on the PlayStation 4 from the creator of the Fatal Frame / Project Zero series Keisuke Kikuchi.
Deception IV: the Nightmare Princess follows the high heels of Deception IV: Blood Ties which is centred around Laegrinna a sadist who likes to crush her enemies with a variety of different traps. Players will be able to relive her pursuit to free her father The Nightmare Princess while also being introduced to a new character Velguirie.
The new Quest mode is where Velguirie comes into action and players will have to complete 100 quests to find out who she really is. Rolling boulders, spring boards, bathtubs, banana peels or iron maidens are all back to use to your advantage to take down foes. With more than 170 different traps players choose from the most elaborate traps and combos to the downright funniest.
