Square Enix has released the first large content update for mobile strategy game HeavenStrike Rivals. The latest update brings many improvements such as decreased size for the app and new features.

Some of the new features include a new battle screen UI, a chance to get a new character when you get your next core pack, easier recruitment screen access and the fast forward option stays active in-between turns.

Other changes were made to improve the experience by adding new sound effects and making Mage and Gunner damage clearer when highlighted. Improved connectivity, hanging and crashes were some of the technical changes in the latest update. Hopefully it will help with the overall ability and allow you to play for longer.
