Konami have unveiled the list of club and national licenses to feature in Pro Evolution Soccer 2015, which will include second tier teams for the first time. The publisher also revealed a release day content update.
PES 2015 includes branding for the UEFA Champion’s League and UEFA Europa League as well as the returning South American Copa Libertadores and newly introduced Copa Sudamericana tournaments. These high level club competitions are rounded off with the Asia Champion’s League.
Alongside these top club tournaments, PES 2015 includes second tier football for the first time. The Spanish Liga Adelante and French Ligue 2 are entirely represented, whilst English and Italian second tier teams are included albeit without full licensing. These second tier teams aid the inclusion of the full Dutch Eredivisie, French Ligue 1, Spanish La Liga and Italian top-flight leagues within PES 2015.
A day one download has also been prepared for PES 2015, ensuring 93 new kits will be available in the game. 8 more licensed teams will also appear as part of the addition in this content pack. Konami have also announced another downloadable pack to be made available in December that will bolster the game with more licensed players, teams and stadia.
PES 2015 is available now for Playstation 4 and Xbox One. The PC digital download will be available on the 13th of November, coinciding with the global Steam launch for the game.
