As they continue to go from strength to strength, Microsoft are this month releasing three new Games with Gold across Xbox One and Xbox 360. For the price of free, how could you say no?
Xbox One will be seeing the release of Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition, which features the original content from Guacamelee!, plus a tonne of bonus material. With an extended story line and new powers, enemies and bosses, there’s plenty for fans of the original to enjoy, while giving new players the full luchador experience. Max: The Curse of the Brotherhood will also remain free to download, as it has been since May.
Meanwhile, those on Xbox 360 will be getting the usual double whammy of games, with Arcade titles Gotham City Imposters and BattleBlock Theatre being staggered across the month. Gotham City Imposters may not be that huge a deal, considering you can already pick it up free-to-play on Steam, but BattleBlock Theatre is a fantastically fun title well worth your attention.
With Guacamelee! and Gotham City Imposters not hitting consoles until the 1st next week, and BattleBlock Theatre not emerging until the 15th, there’s still time to pick up June’s offers, Charlie Murder, Super Street Fighter IV and Halo: Spartan Assault.
