The Japan Expo has always prided itself on bringing together some of the most celebrated developers of video games it can find. They have definitely fulfilled the quota this year with the annoucement that the brand manager for the Tales series Hideo Baba, affectionately known as Baba-san, will be at the event, and will be taking to the stage for more than one reason.

As well as a signing session, he will be talking about Tales of Xillia 2, and will reveal more information about the PlayStation Vita port of Tales of Hearts, known as Tales of Hearts R. He will also be one of the judges at the European Cosplay Gathering 2014, and whoever comes in first place in the contest will become the new “Tales of” series ambassador for the next year.

Bandai Namco will be also be at the event to promote their latest releases, so if you’re interested in seeing what they have to offer, be sure to visit Booth BF76 Hall 6 at the event, or stay tuned to VGU for more information as it arrives.
