Nintendo UK have today shared through their twitter the boxart and release date for Inazuma Eleven Go: Light and Inazuma Eleven Go: Shadow.
Developed by Level-5, Inazuma Eleven is a football RPG, inspired by an anime of the same name. The latest in the long-running franchise, Light and Shadow are set one decade after the storyline of the first Inazuma Eleven. The two new titles have some but minor story difference, similar to the relationship between the Pokemon games. Originally released in Japan back in 2011, it has taken quite a while for Light and Shadow to get overseas, but it’s always nice to see more games making the journey.
Inazuma Eleven Go: Light and Shadow will arrive on June 11th, only on 3DS. There is still no word on a localisation for North America, but as football is a much bigger sport in Europe, it is, perhaps, expected. If you want to try out Inazuma Eleven right now, you can always pick up the previous games in the series, Lightning Bolt and Bomb Blast, on the Nintendo eShop.
