Earlier today EA chief operating officer Peter Moore put up an apology for the database server issues.
Apologies for the @Titanfallgame outage on PC during the night – we had a db server issue internally, for which we apologize. All good now.

Users were reporting that Origin, EA’s digital distribution platform, was throwing up errors such as: “Disconnect: ORIGIN error retrieving player data from storage-code 503.”
Titanfall launched exclusively for PC through Origins, as well as on Xbox One in North America last night. Xbox One has also encountered problems, though Microsoft has said it was a service-wide problem and “not a Titanfall issue.”
