Not much is given away in this announcement teaser for Ready To Run, but what we do know is that it will be a racing game featuring RC cars and take place in a “retro-futuristic” setting.

Ready to Run is a PS4 exclusive developed by Beatshapers, and looks to channel the spirit of classic offbeat racing games such as Rollcage and San Francisco Rush 2049.

Beatshapers claim to be providing “Highly responsive R.C car physics”, which sounds like it should provide a counterpoint to the simulator-style racers we see a lot of today. As such, despite having seen no real game play, this could be one to watch out for.
