Support for Unity Developers now Provided on PlayStation Vita

The development tool Unity is now officially provided upon the PlayStation Vita. From today Unity developers who tote a licensed developer agreement from Sony Computer Entertainment are able to create games for the Sony handheld.
Unity developers will have the ability to make use of the PS Vita’s unique input features, such as motion sensors, dual analogue sticks, front and rear cameras, etc. The tool integrate services which associate with the PlayStation Brand, such as multiplayer match-making and the PlayStation trophy awards.

Unity have also now confirmed that their recent adventure game, Stick it to the Man by Zoink! studios was Unity-based, a trial run for the PlayStation edition of the engine. Unity originally announced their partnership with Sony back in March, 2013 so it is a brilliant step to see that the engine is now in use and supported by Sony.
