A selection of Activision and Capcom titles based on Marvel characters and properties have been de-listed from digital outlets including Steam, PlayStation Network and Xbox Live after the expiration of licensing contracts.
The announcement originally came via Facebook, but was soon confirmed over Twitter by Activision’s community manager Dan Amrich. Games that have been pulled are those based on Deadpool, X-Men and Spider-Man and has affected the Marvel vs. Capcom series from Capcom.
For those asking about it: Marvel Activision titles are no longer available for digital download. http://t.co/pabtJkcDnL Hence the sale!
