Nintendo Seems to be Planning to Launch the New Super Smash Bros and Mario Kart in Spring 2014

In a recent interview, the German General Manager for Nintendo, Bernd Fakesch, was quoted in saying the following:

“Für nächstes Frühjahr sind außerdem mit Mario Kart8 und Super Smash Bros. zwei weitere große Lizenzspiele für unsere TV-Konsole angekündigt.”

Which roughly translates to:

“For next spring two more big license games are also announced for our TV console with Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Bros.”

Could this be the release date Nintendo fans have been waiting for? Only time will tell.
