The World of Warcraft movie coming from Legendary and Universal Pictures has revealed its first set of stars, however, although being stars they aren’t the huge name some fans may have been hoping for.
Over Twitter Legendary Pictures wrote the cast will include Travis Fimmel (Vikings), Ben Foster (3:10 to Yuma), Robert Kazinsky (Pacific Rim), Toby Kebbell (Rock N Rolla) and Paula Patton (Mission: Impossible-Ghost Protocol).
The film is to be based on the origins of the fight between humans and orcs, with the plan for both sides to be represented equally so fans can choose a side that isn’t based around good and evil. We still have to wait to see which of the actors will side with the Horde or Alliance as slowly more details emerge. Warcraft was originally set for release in December 2015 but has recently been pushed back to March 11, 2016.
