After four large DLC releases, it is no wonder Gearbox wanted to tone it down with the headhunter series. Only about an hour each, they are a short, sharp injection of content. The second in the series, titled The Horrible Hunger of the Ravenous Wattle Gobbler, will be coming out next week.

IGN has reported that the pack will be out on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC November 26, and will feature Mr Torgue tasking you to take down a creature that sounds like something out of Alice In Wonderland. The pack will cost  $2.99/£2.39/ €2.99 and will be themed around Thanksgiving. While this is something not typically celebrated outside of America, we are sure fans won’t argue with a bit more Borderlands 2.

Gearbox have also hinted that the third Headhunter pack will be titled “How Marcus Saved Christmas”, which will probably cost the same and have you killing another large monster for a bit more loot. May as well stick to what you know.
