Could Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Be Sub-1080p on The Xbox One?

The resolution for the Xbox One pre-launch has been a much discussed topic with the question of Battlefield 4 being run at 900p and Call of Duty: Ghosts running at 720p in comparison to 1080p for both games on the PlayStation 4.

It now seems that Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag may well be going the sub list after ‘Annoyed Gamer’ games journalist Marcus Beer, spoke about a difference in the next-gen console versions of the game on his weekly show. He said that the Xbox One version looks “fuzzy” and “strained” whilst it looks “sharper” on the PS4.

And it isn’t just Marcus Beer but Jeremy Conrad, former IGN editor, has heard very similar rumours, posting a Tweet saying:

With very little Xbox One footage around and a lot coming from the PS4, it’s difficult to judge, but what do you think? Let us know in the comments.
