Terraria has seen some new updates recently, most notable is the addition of multiplayer on the mobile versions of the game.
Players on the iOS and Android version of the game can now use Wi-Fi to play with each other, building, crafting and exploring the procedurally-generated maps. This supports up to four players, and also includes a number of small tweaks and additions, such as the ability to drop items into the world straight from the inventory bar.
Players on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 can now download a new update which, as well as fixing a number of bugs and issues, introduces over a dozen new items and recipes. The update will bring with it 2 new armor sets, additional light sources and building blocks, and more than 20 monsters.
Terraria is available now on PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, iOS and Android. A Windows Phone 8 version will also be released in the coming weeks. What do you think? Are you excited for these updates? Let us know in the comments below.
