Today both German publisher ProSiebanSat.1 and Korean studio MAIET Entertainment have announced that the third and final phase of online shooter Gunz 2: The Second Duel will start November 7.

It will be running until November 10, and aims to stress-test the games capabilities. Closed beta participants will be urged to push the network code to its limits so that any potential problems can be fixed before launch.

After the four days are up, MAIET Entertainment will take some time to get the game up to scratch. With a lot of recent releases having issues with bugs, I am sure many people will be happy to give them the needed time to get things right.
