Rogue Legacy Now Available On Mac And Linux

The aptly named rogue-like fantasy game Rogue Legacy was all about generations. A son dies to leave his dynasty to his daughter, who leaves it to her son, etc etc. Each family member has their own strengths and weaknesses, which let Cellar Door Games sense of humor shine through. Your ninja daughter may have dementia and perceives mosnters who can’t hurt them, or they may like nostalgia and see the world in all of its sepia toned glory.

Mac and Linux users can now attempt to tame the dangers of the randomly generated castle generation after generation. Cellar Door Games announced this via their steam page today, they stated “We want to thank everyone who has been patiently waiting and we hope you enjoy it.” Cellar Door’s next step is developing the game for the PS3, PS4 and the Playstation Vita.
