The downloadable market doesn’t lack any games that try and make you cry, but what better place is there? Short, sharp experiences that put you through the emotional wringer best show off the power of video games. Rain is no different, focusing on two invisible children caught in the torrential rain of a gloomy city.

Coming to PSN in NA tomorrow, with EU and JP to follow in the following days, Rain is another example of why Sony Entertainment rules the console downloadable scene. Constantly pushing the boundaries of the medium, Sony may not always have the huge titles, but the smaller ones are always the sharpest.
