Sqaure Enix Europe has now registered and trademakred the Deus Ex Universe, this having been confirmed on September 10th, 2013. Deus Ex, following it’s recent release on Xbox 360 and PS3 has seen a steady growth in popularity, further supported by the announcement of Deus Ex: The Fall for IOS and Android.

It seems as though the trademark and registry is mainly focused on “mobile phones” meaning that more portable titles could be seen in the near future.
