Xbox One Will Be Playable At Eurogamer Expo 2013

The Eurogamer Expo’s nextgen lineup is now complete. Microsoft will be bringing the Xbox One to the Eurogamer Expo, which is proving to be the biggest ever – with tickets selling out already. The event is taking place at Earl’s Court, London, from Thursday 26th to Sunday 29th September, and is playing host to games such as Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag and Dark Souls II.

On the nextgen side of things, it was previously known that the PS4 would be in attendance at the show, but it was unknown til now whether or not the Xbox One would also make it. but Microsoft’s announcement takes the nextgen battle to the show, so it will be interesting to see as this is one of the last industry events to occur before both consoles release in November.

Xbox One games that will be playable at the show floor include the console’s big exclusives, such as Forza Motorsport 5, Ryse: Son of Rome, Killer Instinct, and Project Spark. Dead Rising 3 will get a theatre demo for show-goers to watch too.

In a somewhat surprising move, Microsoft’s corporate Vice president Phil Harrison will present an Xbox One-themed stage presentation at 12pm BST on Thursday 26th September. This will also be streamed online as it happens live, so perhaps we will get some new information concerning the Xbox One in the UK.

The Eurogamer Expo takes place in Earl’s Court, London, from the 26th-29th September. We’ll be there to bring you the latest news and previews, so stay tuned for more.
