Eurogamer Expo 2013 Biggest Ever, Tickets Sold Out

Tickets for this year’s Eurogamer Expo, which will be held at Earl’s Court, London, have been sold out. This year’s show is bigger than last year’s, after the incredibly high demand for tickets in 2012, with a 40% increase in capacity. Despite all this, tickets have sold out earlier than they ever have.

The Eurogamer expo will take place from the 26th to the 29th of September. Possibly the reason for the surge in demand this year is that it is one of the only events in the UK this year to let players have a go on playable nextgen console hardware before the holiday season begins. The Playstation 4 will be playable on the show floor with demos of Assassin’s Creed IV , Battlefield 4, and FIFA 14. Of course the latest on current gen consoles won’t be left out, as games such as Castlevania: Lords of Shaodw 2 and Dark Souls II will be playable too.

Also at the expo are a number of other events, including developer Q&A sessions which have included the likes of Hideo Kojima in the past. The event will also play host to the Indie Games Arcade, tournaments, retro showcases and a broad range of retail stands.
