Ubisoft has announced an unfortuunate delay to Rayman Legends on the PS Vita. Originally due to come out on August 30th alongside it’s Xbox 360, PS3, PC and Wii U versions, the PS Vita version of the 2D platformer will unfortunately be skipping the launch date and releasing on September 13th instead.
This delay has been revealed by a Ubisoft rep to have been “in order to apply the final level of polish gamers expect from a Rayman game”. Whilst two weeks isn’t an awfully long time to need to wait, the fact that the game is currently at a review score of 89 on metacritic could make the delay a bit more painful for Vita owners. Atleast they can rest in the knowledge that Ubisoft wants them to have the best game that can be given to them.
What do you think of the delay to the Vita version of Rayman Legends? Does it affect you at all or were you planning to pick it up on a different platform anyway? Let us know in the comments.
