Online retailer Amazon, who have for some time taken vast pre-orders for the release of the PS4 console, due out in November, has now halted all reservations for the console. 

As of yet no word has come from Sony or Amazon directly, and we cannot tell yet if this cancel of pre-orders is due to lack of supply due to so many pre-orders, or a failure in manufacturing production. 

Until an offical comment on this issue comes out, speculation reigns. Many are now concerned that the console may not be able to come close to reaching demand in the holiday season. Only time will tell if Sony can handle this constant threat of lost sales due to demand.
