Nintendo of America have filed a lawsuit against the owner of HackYourConsole.com, a site which promotes and helps consumers hack their Nintendo devices and consoles to play illegally downloaded games. 

HackYourConsole.com offers services, for a fee, that include ways to hack and modify the Wii and Wii U to allow illegal software to be played on them as well as selling the “R4” Game Copier device that lets users play a multitude of DS and 3DS games the same way.

Piracy is a huge problem in the game industry and it is great to see Nintendo activity trying to fight against and stop this sort of blatant piracy. Nintendo have a very clear stance on piracy and it is good to see them sticking to their guns. Any help we can give them should be done asap!
