Konami has announced that it will be bringing three games to Gamescom 2013 in August. These will be playable on the show floor at the event, so if anyone is heading out to Germany next month, be sure to take a look. Konami will be showcasing playable demos of Pro Evolution Soccer 2014, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 and the PC version of the first Lords of Shadow game, dubbed “Ultimate Edition” as it comes bundled with all of the game’s DLC.
PES 2014 will be powered by the Fox engine, the same tech currently being used to by Kojima Productions to create Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. This rebuilding from the ground up shows Konami is trying to prove its worth against the might of the FIFA series, while Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 will also be in attendance with its new camera system. Expect more announcements concerning both games to be made at the event, and be sure to tell us your thoughts in the comments below.
