User-generated content centric gaming site ROBLOX is celebrating its worldwide user community by bringing its fan convention BLOXcon to London for the first time ever. The event will bring together more than a thousand game programmers, players and technology enthusiasts from around the world to participate in the celebrations. BLOXcon will feature:
- Live PvP building and coding competitions.
- Gaming and building computer lab.
- Tech demos and Q&A sessions.
- Exclusive artwork, fan-adored fedoras and trading cards.
- Hall of Fame Awards (including Game-of-the-Year) for top content creators.
- BLOXY Awards for excellent community filmmakers.
- Celebrity user and staff meet-and-greets.
BLOXcon will take place on Saturday 27th July at the Royal Air Force Museum in London. ROBLOX is largest user-generated content site in video gaming with a bustling community of kids and teenagers who are learning the ropes of coding, modelling, engineering, and physics whilst enjoying actually playing video games at the same time..
