A Sony official attending the Sand Diego Comic-Con has confirmed that the new PS4 system shall support the use of the PS3’s wireless headsets. Sony have also said that the PS4 shall be shipping with mono earbuds.
Also confirmed are a list of Day 1 launch titles for the system, listed below:

- Call of Duty: Ghosts
- DC Universe Online
- DrivClub
- FIFA 14
- Just Dance 2014
- Killzone Shadow Fall
- Knack
- LEGO Marvel Super Heroes
- Madden NFL 35
- NBA 2K14
- NBA Live 14
- Skylanders: Swap Force
- Warframe
- Watch_Dogs
Other games confirmed for the Launch window but as of yet haven’t recieved specific launch dates are:
- Blacklight Retribution
- Daylight
- inFamous Second Son
- Need for Speed: Rivals
- Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty
- The Crew
- The Order: 1886
- Planetside 2
- The Witness
- Transistor
- Wolfenstein: The New Order
- War Thunder
Lastly in this triple threat of PS4 news, Agostina Simonetta, the senior account manager at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has explained that PS4 Developers have an ‘end-to-end’ control with release dates. Clearing the doubts of multiple PS4 developers who haven’t yet recieved developer kits and have been waiting to know about the self publishing process. Simonetta also said that Sony studios will be promoting the games which are published this way if the game meets a quality standard that Sony have set.
It has been reported that there will not be any form of voting process such as with Steam Greenlight as the games will be ready for the games store after a week and will be allowed to have an offical release on the date chosen by the developer.
