At the Evolution 2013 fighting game championships in Las Vegas, Capcom producer Yoshinori Ono took to the stage to deliver the first trailer for the latest iteration of Street Fighter IV.
Dubbed Ultra Street Fighter IV (in keeping with Capcom naming traditions), the game will be released in early 2014 as both a DLC add-on for owners of previous versions of the game, and as a budget price disc release. Those purchasing the disc will also receive all the previously available costume-pack DLC from previous SFIV releases already unlocked.
As we detailed previously, the update features new stages and characters from the Street Fighter universe, as well as a host of balance updates across the now-larger-than-ever roster.
What do you think? Is it time to move on to a new Street Fighter or is the SFIV series still going strong? Sound off in the comments below.
