Street Fighter IV’s next update will bring 5 new characters to the game. Rolento, Elena, Hugo and Poison are all confirmed characters in the update, plus an unannounced 5th new character.

The new characters will be joined by 6 new stages and the usual balancing of the game for optimal Street Fighter multiplayer. The update will be on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC and cost $15. The update is due to release next year.
