Konami have made a lot of European Metal Gear fans either very happy or slightly annoyed by now announcing that the Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection will now be released in Europe come September 2013.
The happy fans are those who thought they’d wait for an announcement like this to eventually happen, which it did. The annoyed ones are those who decided to import either the American or Japanese editions because they believed it wouldn’t be released in the European continent. Of course, there are the die-hard fans that would have purchased the American and Japanese editions regardless.
The European edition of the Legacy Collection will feature pretty much everything from that we’ve already heard about. Here’s the full list:
- Metal Gear Solid
- Metal Gear Solid 2 HD Edition
- Metal Gear Solid 3 HD Edition
- Metal Gear 1
- Metal Gear 2
- Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker HD Edition
- Metal Gear Solid: Special Missions
- Metal Gear Solid 4: Trophy Edition
- Metal Gear Solid Digital Graphic Novels
As with the other editions, the European version of Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection will be available exclusively on PlayStation 3. So, now that it’s been unveiled for Europe, will you be picking up the collection even if you might have been one of the many that imported it? Leave a comment down below and let us know.
