According to Epic Games’s Careers page they are on the lookout for a Senior Systems Designer who is able to join one of two projects:

“One of the the teams is working on an unannounced competitive online action game that includes player progression, heavy itemization and a dynamic economy; the other is for Fortnite”

Unannounced huh? 

Looks like all we can do now is resort to good old speculation! What is this Online Action Game and when will it be offically revealed? VGU will keep you up to date if any more news arises!
